Some companies actually make your website difficult on purpose as to secure future maintenance fees from you!  They believe by denying the client the ability to make changes increases revenue and retention (because the client can’t go anywhere else).

A large portion of our clients come to us because they have been “burned” by a past developer, often times leaving the client with either a half finished site, or a poorly built site.  Either scenario is unacceptable.  

The following age old phrase encapsulates our philosophy on support.

“Give someone a fish; you have fed them for today.  Teach someone to fish; and you have fed them for a lifetime.”

No, we are not fishing, but we strongly feel that you, the client, has the right be given the knowledge and training to manage your website when you see fit.  As a result we have a staff that is more than willing to “spill the secrets” and give you the know how to manage and grow a world class online presence.

So let's try the phrase again...

Of course we understand some businesses do not have the time or desire for this, and naturally we offer paid support plans, but our difference is we are more than happy and willing to teach and support you.
